:S “Upside down candle symbol?!”

I don’t think I could ever work as an IT Tech who deals with phone calls.  I get annoyed too easily when people don’t understand the basics.  The internet went down in my house and I had to try to explain to my parents what to do but it was a struggle to even get them to click on the internet symbol in the bottom right hand corner.  Ended up saying to put my sis on and then I talked her through step by step and it was sorted 15 mins later.  I think my parents should take a course in ICT but when do they realistically do anything more than Word docs and Internet?

Oh, and “Have you tried turning it on and off” didn’t work either.
